BIOGRAPHY

Rajko was born in the former Yugoslavia and emigrated with his parents to Canada in 1957. He attended local schools and received a B.A.& Science from the University of Lethbridge and his law degree from the University of Alberta. He has appeared in all levels of Court including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Rajko is also currently a City of Lethbridge Councillor a position he had previously held from 2004 to 2010 when he was elected Mayor and served a three year term before stepping away from politics in 2013 to spend time with his family which was soon to include grandchildren.

Rajko has also served on two Provincial Boards being Travel Alberta and the Alberta Cancer Foundation of which he remains a director.

Currently, his legal work is focused on providing litigation support to other members of the firm.
