BIOGRAPHY

Charlene has been a part of the Davidson & Williams team for many years, having started her legal education with us as a summer student and most recently, joined our firm as a partner. She obtained her law degree from Thompson Rivers University and her Bachelor of Education from Mount Royal University.

While Charlene maintains a primarily solicitor focused practice, she believes in being proficient in oral advocacy as well as written advocacy. Charlene has successfully appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Appeal.

Being involved in her community is something that is important to Charlene. She is a gentle, yet commanding leader who strives to lead with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. She leads by example and enjoys sharing her legal knowledge and life experiences through speaking engagements including conferences, webinars, seminars, and podcasts. Personal development is a cornerstone of Charlene’s daily life and as such, she loves any opportunity to learn or share her knowledge with others.

Charlene volunteers both nationally and provincially, as well as within the Lethbridge community. She currently serves as a director on the board of the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Lethbridge, and the Lethbridge Bar Association.

Charlene was raised in southern Alberta and spent most of her childhood summers at 40 Mile Reservoir camping and slalom skiing. In her spare time, Charlene enjoys playing piano, crocheting, and spending time with her fur babies, Phoebe, Frankie, and Ellie.
