BIOGRAPHY

Darryl Douglas is a solicitor in our office. Darryl practices primarily in corporate and commercial law and has worked for a variety of corporate and individual clients over the course of his career. Darryl has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions (of all sizes), commercial lending and finance, energy and real property matters.

Darryl received his B.A. with distinction from Concordia University of Edmonton and his LL.B. from the University of Alberta. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2005.

Darryl grew up in Southern Alberta and practiced primarily at major national and international law firms in Calgary before joining Davidson & Williams LLP in December 2018. Prior to beginning his law practice, he interned at the library of Parliament in Ottawa. Darryl is a member of both the Canadian Bar Association and the Lethbridge Bar Association.
